We will learn how quantum computers can be used to create music; how traditional art forms can be used to express mathematical relationships; how mathematics can be used to solve everyday puzzles and games; which artworks are hidden deep within simple mathematical equations; how patterns in art inspire mathematical results.

The art of mathematics is an event during the future festival Hyfer, organized by the Department of Mathematical Sciences at NTNU.
