Explore the hidden treasures in your local environment and discover how wild plants have been an essential part of human sustenance and cohesion throughout the ages. It's not just about food, but about retrieving the wisdom of the past and building a bridge to a more sustainable future.

Imagine harvesting Musk and Hvitsteinkløver, and discovering that they carry flavors that transport you to distant shores and fragrant vanilla. Or imagine replacing licorice with Spanish caraway and sisal root from your own backyard.

Expand the experience with Forage to Table Part 2, a 5-course dinner at Mana restaurant, in the same building, shortly after the workshop. In collaboration with Hyfer, and in consultation with Jim Andre from Trøndelag Sankeri, Mana has crafted a very special five-course meal based on local crops.
